Thanks to their compact, flat design, flat hydraulic cylinders are suitable for use in spaces with very low installation heights. They are particularly suitable for handling heavy loads, such as when positioning machines on foundations, during maintenance and assembly work, or as the first cylinders before using cylinders with a larger stroke.

• Minimum height and weight with high pushing force and working cycle speed.
• The unique design of the guide surfaces withstands lateral loads without binding. When the lateral force increases, the cylinder shifts or tilts. The guide and sealing surfaces are not damaged and the cylinder will not bind.
• Standard H – hardened inner cylinder surface with increased corrosion protection results in resistance to moisture and scratches inside the cylinder.
• Standard S – high resistance to dust and dirt in the oil thanks to the wiper ring (from model P10 and above).
• Flexibility:
  • Threaded holes in the bottom of the cylinder allow attachment to various devices.
  • For easy handling, the P90 – P140 models are equipped with a handle.
• Piston return stroke using a powerful return spring is standard on all KGF cylinders.
