These universal high-pressure hydraulic cylinders of the U series are suitable for lifting and lowering work and as a power element of various devices (presses, clamping and expanding devices, etc.). They are used primarily in heavy industry, construction and all maintenance and assembly work.

3 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD THANKS TO PROVEN QUALITY

• Piston return stroke using a powerful return spring is standard on all KGF cylinders.
• For use even in adverse conditions, the piston rod surface is made of hard chrome and protected by a wiper ring.
• Standard H – hardened inner cylinder surface with increased corrosion protection results in resistance to moisture and scratches inside the cylinder.
• Standard S – high resistance to impurities in the oil thanks to the wiper ring, suitable for use even in adverse conditions.
• The unique sliding guide surface design withstands lateral loads without binding. When the lateral force increases, the cylinder shifts or tilts. The guide and sealing surfaces are not damaged and the cylinder will not bind.
• Flexibility:
  • optional pressure targets on the piston head for adaptation to the type of load,
  • threaded holes in the bottom of the cylinder allow attachment to various devices,
  • Models U50 – U90 are equipped with a handle for easy handling.
• High durability due to the design and materials used, such as high-strength alloy steel and high-quality sealing elements.
