Throughout the existence of the purely Czech professional hydraulic company KGF, we have carried out hundreds of events for our customers, both small companies and for the largest construction companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and abroad. We have participated in or directly completely managed many bridge lifting operations, both small and very large and huge structures. We can also lift non-traditional things, such as roofs without dismantling them, etc. Our list of events is really very diverse, so we present some of them for your reference:

Vibration dampers Bílovice nad Svitavou

To reduce vertical vibrations and significantly increase comfort for pedestrians and cyclists, in January 2023, we designed, manufactured and, in cooperation with the bridge supplier, installed a tuned mass damper with the following parameters for the footbridge over the Svitava River in Bílovice nad Svitavou:

Shock absorbers Mlada Boleslav

For the new footbridge over the Jizera River in Mladá Boleslav, which connects the Krásná louka area with the right bank of the Jizera River and the Škoda Auto development center, we manufactured and, in cooperation with the main supplier of the footbridge, installed a total of 8 pieces of tuned mass dampers (vibration absorbers) with the following parameters:

Despite the relatively complex structure of the bridge deck, these vibration absorbers were incorporated without significantly disrupting the architectural appearance of the footbridge. Judge for yourself.

Lifting the Čekanický Bridge for the company Swietelski stavební sro in 2012

We cooperate with Swietelski very often, this company uses our hydraulic sets from KGF Hydraulika in their railway and bridge construction. For the event of lifting the Čekanický Bridge, we used our innovative device, the KGF synchronous device with electronic stroke measurement. This device significantly speeds up the work process and significantly increases overall safety. The measurement is of course carried out wirelessly by transmission to a PC, where it is possible to precisely control the parameters that we have set and we can monitor the overall course of the event. Of course, there is an electronic protocol with graphic output.

Hydraulic vibration dampers Strakonická bridge

On the Otava River, we developed, manufactured and also installed 4 pieces of hydraulic shock absorbers TK10-150 with a damping force of 4 x 100 kN and a stroke of 1500 mm. The purpose of the shock absorbers is to dampen longitudinal horizontal vibrations of the bridge structure.

LIFTING A LARGE MACHINE IN THE BÍLINA COAL MINE SD 1. STROJÍRENSKÁ AS 4/2009

We were given the task of lifting a large coal mining machine by approximately 10 - 15 cm to repair a ball bearing. We used top-of-the-line equipment consisting of 16 short cylinders with a lock nut, type KM 200 - 150 HS, with a total lifting capacity of 3200 tons, a 700 bar motor pump with a power of 7.5 kW, and a distribution control device including hoses and accessories.

Shock absorbers for the Troja Bridge - October 2020

We produced four vertical tuned mass dampers for the Troja Bridge over the Vltava River in Prague:
