RP series hydraulic flange spreaders 5 to 10 tons

The very light and ergonomic RP hydraulic flange spreaders enable quick and safe separation of pipe flanges during maintenance and repair of pipe fittings, such as replacing seals. In addition to their main application in pipe work, they can also be used for dismantling machines with flanged housing connections.

• Thanks to the lightweight construction, low weight, simple and quick handling.
• Universality:
  • Adjustable spacer width up to 380 mm for extensive use, KGF hydraulic spacers cover all sizes of standardized pipe flanges.
  • After removing the head and wedge, the cylinder can be equipped with a thrust target with a thread cap and used for another purpose.
  • Includes a U-series multi-purpose cylinder with return spring.

ST series hydraulic pullers 2/3 15 tons

The KGF hydraulic puller enables quick and safe removal of pressed-in components such as bearings, gears, pulleys, etc. The puller mechanism keeps the pulling arms safely in the working position and prevents them from slipping on the component being pulled.

The design allows the use of two or three drawbars depending on the immediate need, with replacement being easy and quick.
