Cylinders and elements for special applications

In case of special requirements for high-pressure hydraulic cylinders, or other requirements when solving problems with large forces or masses using hydraulics, please contact us here Contacts . We will try to find the optimal solution for your specific conditions.

These are in particular the following examples:

  • abnormal cylinder design - load capacity up to 500 tons (in exceptional cases even more), increased stroke, working pressure up to 200 MPa, increased working temperature, etc.,
  • cylinder sets with central control and a pump with a lifting capacity of up to several thousand tons.

Examples of selected special applications:

Special hydraulic cylinders Distribution and control panel for a 600 ton cylinder set. The set also includes 12 double-acting cylinders with a lifting capacity of 50 tons, a hydraulic unit and distribution elements allowing the creation of four independent lifting points. The set allows controlled lifting and lowering of a load weighing up to 600 tons. The distribution panel allows the lifting and lowering of each of the four lifting points to be controlled independently.
Special hydraulic cylinders Set of double-acting cylinders with pump. Capacity of one cylinder 300 tons, stroke 100 mm, working pressure 70 MPa. The set is intended for the assembly of highway bridge bodies.
Special hydraulic cylinders Device for checking anchors in concrete with a force of up to 100 kN.
Special hydraulic cylinders Special rollers for technological lines with working temperatures above 100 °C.
